Cranberry Cottages - General Information

Reservations :: Require 50% deposit to confirm reservation and credit card number to hold. Remaining 50% due two weeks prior to arrival date.
We DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. We accept cash, travelers checks and personal checks.
Cancellations :: Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made 30 days before arrival date. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date, reservation deposits may be forfeited if dates are not re-booked. There is a $55. cancellation fee for all cancellations per unit.
Pets & Smoking :: Pets are welcome at both of the cottages. We expect mature animals and responsible owners.
Smoking is only permitted outside at the cottages.
Check In & Out :: Check in is no earlier than 3:00pm.
Check out is no later than 11:00am.
Houses are self efficient with no housekeeping during stay.
When departing, houses are to be left as they were found upon arrival.
If extra cleaning is required beyond the reasonable amount, a $55. cleaning fee will be assessed to supplied credit card number.
