Thank you for choosing the Black Friar Inn. Rates are based on two-person occupancy per room with no exceptions. Your breakfast is included with your reservation. Please be aware that the 9% lodging tax will be added to the nightly rate.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and hold your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. One-night stays are welcomed, when available. Full nightly rate required for reservation. Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. Please allow 24 hours for reservation processing and delivery of confirmation through email. You may be required to complete the Certificate of Compliance
Reservation deposits are refundable when cancellations are made fourteen days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made within the fourteen days prior of the arrival date may forfeit the reservation deposit if dates cannot be rebooked. We will certainly try to re-fill the cancelled dates and pass along the deposit refunds to you if room is re-booked. All cancellations will assess a $25 fee per room. We apply our cancellation policy fairly to all guests regardless of personal situation, acts of nature, acts of God, or airlines.
Check-in is from 2-4pm. At this time we are unable to accommodate early check-ins in order to allow sufficient time to clean and sanitize the room prior to your arrival. We hope you understand. For late arrivals after 11pm, Please contact the Friar and instructions will be provided. Check-out is by 10am sharp due to COVID-19 cleaning and sanitizing. Rooms accommodate two people, no exceptions. Breakfast is included with the nightly rate and is served from 7:30-10am. Dinner is served from 4-9pm. The Friar's Pub is open from 4pm to approximately 10pm seven days a week starting the Friday of Mothers’ Day weekend. We will close for the season the second weekend of November.
The Black Friar Inn is a non-smoking B&B, there will be a $200 charge for smoking or vaping in any room. Violating any COVID restrictions may result in a $150.00 charge. And sorry, no pets.
